I provide guidance on technology investment, architecture, and leadership - as a coach, consultant or interim leader - by combining deep analytical skills with extensive real-world experience and effective communication at the C-suite and board level.

Hourly by time
I will work on an hourly rate based on the resources needed for your scope of work. Get regular communication to track budget and progress. Enables you to expand and change with your business needs.
Fixed price
A fixed upfront price for the entire scope of work. This will involve project planning and time estimates with a clear understanding of what deliverables are needed.
